Malisa Lighting offered their assistance to this client after being let down on product availability by another supplier. After visiting in November we had a 6 week window to survey, quote & install for completion before Christmas 2016. As a result we came in & surveyed the site & put together a LED Lighting Design & Energy Report that showed a 60% saving to replace his Halogen Highbay & Compact Fluorescent existing scheme within the week. We then delivered the survey, energy & lighting design reports, along with a quote within a few days & the stock was there within a 1-2 week period. The Highbay lights were a lot more efficient delivering 22000 lumens as apposed to their initial quote which presented a product delivering only 16000 lumens for the same price. Due to the complexity & hazardous areas, where large sheets of glass were stacked, we required specialist equipment & contractors to be selected for this project. Blakes Electrical Ltd took the project forward with speed & precision working from detailed designs & installing into a complex environment where space was limited in placing the specialist equipment to enable the install to be completed. We then added in a number of additional emergency lights to enable a safe exit. The client was so impressed he’s now asked for a complete wiring inspection to be undertaken to complete the scheme as he’s been delighted with our knowledge & speed of delivery
